Shipping and Returns

Free domestic shipping on orders totaling $49 or more. 

Shipping rates are flat rates based on average carrier pricing for UPS and USPS.  Rates are calculated using representative destinations and package sizes and are intended to reflect typical shipping costs.

Actual shipping costs may vary slightly by destination, but we do not inflate shipping costs.

The good news? You still don’t have to pay for shipping. Simply stock up to reach the $49 threshold and shipping remains completely free. It’s a win–win — you save on shipping and your feathered tyrants always have a supply of Sockatoos on hand.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hand-make each Sockatoo with love and care. Every toy is individually inspected to ensure its safety, cleanliness, and quality meet our standards — and yours. The toys inside are bird-safe, and the treats are human-grade.

Because Sockatoos are enrichment toys made for parrots to chew, shred, and destroy, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor can we offer refunds unless the item you received is defective.
